This year fireworks displays are back with a bang and there are some fantastic events scheduled in south west London.

As Bonfire Night falls on a Friday this year, many events will take place over the weekend and we’ve collated a list of the ones sure to make your evening sparkle.

Battersea Park Fireworks

Date: Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th November

Entry: Early Bird – £9.35, Standard – £12.10. Children – Free (10 and under)

For the first time ever the Battersea Park Fireworks will be held over two days. Saturday 6th November will be a traditional Bonfire event starting at 7.30 pm, with a fireworks display at 8 pm and afterparty (over 18s) at the Evolution London. Sunday 7th November will be dedicated to families with an earlier entry time of 5pm.

Morden Park Fireworks

Date: Saturday 6th November

Entry: Adults – £9.63, Juniors (5 – 15 years) – £7.49, Children (0 – 4 years) – Free

Family (2 Adults, 2 Juniors) – £32.10

There are two shows to choose from at this year’s Morden Park fireworks. Families can enjoy the fun early at a child-friendly 6.45 pm show, while others can relive summer festivals with a display set to ‘Festival Favourites’ music at 8.30 pm. Gates open at 5.15 pm so why not get there early to enjoy the fairground and food stalls.

Wimbledon Park Fireworks

Date: Friday 5th November and Saturday 6th November

Entry: Adults – £9.63, Juniors (5 – 15 years) – £7.49, Children (0 – 4 years) – Free

Family (2 Adults, 2 Juniors) – £32.10

This year’s Wimbledon Park fireworks will feature not one but two sparkling displays. The first, which starts at 6.45 pm, is for families who would prefer an earlier show and fireworks will be set to Disney film music.

The second show of the evening will start at 8.30 pm and feature music from the films of the spy of the moment, James Bond.
